Utah – or Florida?

Utah?

My husband would love to move up north, preferably Indiana. I say no way! I’m not into snow and ice! I would rather have sunshine most of the year.

However after reading my latest Amish love story, the north does have some appeal. the last book was set in Utah. Utah just seems very cold, but the the scene in the book are very appealing.

So I went on line and looked up Utah real estate. Wow – what a difference in houses than in South Florida!

The townhomes in Park City are gorgeous!! They are also out of my price range, but look at the pictures! So pretty with the snow and landscaping. Wow!

While the season are nice to have and I would like some cooler weather and maybe a visit to the snow, I’ll stick with Florida. I’ve been here over 30 years and I guess I’m just a Florida girl.

Our first cold front last weekend was 60′!!

  11. As a REALTOR in Utah as well as a native of the Beehive State I can tell you there is no better place to live. Utah’s economy is one of the best in the nation and the commitment to recreation is taken seriously. 2002 proved you can have a good time in this state.
