Nursing Uniforms – What I Wear

I wear nurses uniforms or scrubs everyday, I get kinda bored of the same old scrubs, but only buy new sets about once a year. I think I’m due to buy some more. Sometimes I wish I could wear “regular” clothes, but with uniforms, there’s no thinking about what shall I wear today?

I’ve worked in medical offices for over 18 years and it’s only been the last 10 years that I’ve had to wear scrubs. They’re okay, I guess. The uniform companies are always coming up with different tops and bottoms. Some are just too busy or frilly for me. I like the solid, dark colors. Navy, black, gray, brown are my favorites.

We have found a new top that has a print and then a solid stretchy panel on the sides. These are really nice and give you some shape. The only draw back is the front pocket. It’s one of those big open pockets and it can make you look a little pregnant.

If you wear scrubs or know someone who does check out nursinguniforms.net. They have a great variety of nursing uniforms and womens lab coats. Plus here is a 20% discount coupon for you NU2011.

I would get bored of scrubs daily, too. Heck, I wear a company-branded polo most days and get tired of it. It does make the decision of what to wear relatively easy, huh?

I remember how boring they used to be. They've become a whole heck of a lot more interesting, huh?

  3. These look fairly cute for uniforms!
