I started really excersing in August last year when my daughter started pre-school. She went three times a week, so that’s when I went to the gym or for a walk. I wasn’t really seeing the results I wanted so in May I joined Weight Watchers On Line, which I love. The only problem is you have to “weigh in” and I have no scale. I haven’t own a scale in like 20 years. I don’t like em honestly.

I have an EatSmart scale, but it is so indecisive. However, I’m starting to think I received one that was defective. Perhaps the newer ones such as this one are more accurate. 🙂

I have a scale similar to this one that I like. It also tells my total body fat percentage, water weight, etc.
