Heard It On the Playground

My daughter came home from CAMP, and the topic of FIRE ANTS came up. When I asked her what she would do if FIRE ANTS WERE NEAR, she replied “STOP, ROCK & ROLL”

Daughter: I know why GOD SENT ME TO YOU

Mom: Why

Daughter: Because YOU NEEDED SOMEONE HELP YOU CLEAN THIS MESSY HOUSE everyday

I want to tell you about a fun new place where you can post your kid’s funny pictures and those funny stories that kids tell. Heard it on the Playground.

The site was launched in January of 2010 by a suburban mom and has had great success. The site was started in a grassroots manner as a way of showcasing all those hysterical stories told at family gatherings or in school hallways. They provide a “national stage” for parents, teachers and relatives alike to share the laughs. Heard It On the Playground relies on word of mouth to “get the word out”, so make sure to tell all your friends about it.

So what’s in it for you, besides the laughs? You can link your blog or website to the pictures or story. For free! Doing this will allow national viewers to link back to your blog.

There’s more too!

You can choose a funny saying yours or someone elses and put it on a vintage t-shirt. I think that is cool. Great Christmas presnts in the making.

You can share a funning picture or story for others to see. I know I have some of those.

You can join their Favorites section if you have a Blog, service or product that is family oriented. Another great way to promote your blog!

It’s all free, there’s no registration and all posts are anonymous.

You can send a virtual gift.

Again this website relies on word of mouth so check it out and tell someone about it!!

This was a sponsored post through Mama Buzz. The opinions are my own.

I'm a mother of 2 who likes to get involved in too much! Besides writing here I started a non-profit, I'm on the PTO board, very active in my community and volunteer in the school. I enjoy music, reading, cooking, traveling and spending time with my family. We just adopted our 3rd cat and love them all!
