Wisk – Now and Then

Did you know that in 1956, Wisk was the first liquid laundry detergent on the market? That was just before my mom first started having babies! I know that having 4 children she was constantly fighting stains, just like we are today.

Back then we always had school clothes, church clothes and play clothes. Any of our clothes that had stains on them immediately went into the play clothes section. It was difficult to get those stains out!

I’m so glad that with today’s technology, stains are no longer the enemy. My children do not need to have so many different types of clothing categories.

Wisk is bringing science to stain fighting with an upgraded formula featuring Stain Spectrum™ Technology. Wisk’s enzymes and cleaning agents target the full range of stains on a molecular level for a powerful clean.

Wisk is introducing a powerful new stain fighting formula and a new way to talk about stains in a reinvention that is likely to be as iconic as the brand’s legendary “ring around the collar” campaign.

There are hundreds of different stains but most of the stains fall into three major groups:
* Carbohydrates such as milk chocolate
* Proteins such as grass
* Oils such as peanut butter

The other groups of stains include:
* Bio such as blood
* Bleachable such as coffee
* Particulate such as dirt
* Synthetic such as ink

But with the new Wisk with Stain Spectrum ™Technology you don’t have to worry which stain, beacuse it tackles all of them.
