Safety Tat Review/Giveaway

I did a review of Safety Tats last year and loved them! I was excited to be able to try their new
Quick Stick variety. This one is not like a “tattoo” but more like a super sticky sticker. It’s made with a property called Tateck, an ultra-durable medical grade skin applique. The package I received was a boy/girl variety pack with 6 “tattoos” in it and a little sharpie.

What are Safety Tats?

Safety Tats are temporary tattoos that you put on your child with your telephone number on it. This way if you get separated from your child, your number is on them. A mom created them after going on a trip with her children and kept writing her number on their skin with a pen. But Safety Tats have grown into so much more. You really need to check out their site for all their great products!

We went to Disney World in December and proudly took along my new package of Safety Tats. Because you can never be too careful, right? The first day when I placed it on Savannah’s arm and wrote my number, I goofed! I had to mark off one of the numbers, it worked, but looked a little messy. But this new Tateck went on great and came off okay. It is super sticky, so on the second day I waited until the kids took a bath and then removed it.

Having tried the printed version and the write on version, I think I like the printed version best. Having said that, the write on ones will get more use as you can use them with any caregiver that may have the children at the time. Whether it’s mom, dad, grandma, etc.
Plus these last a little longer, up to two weeks! (I should have read that before I tried to take it off so quickly!)
