Garage Sales Tracker

I love to have garage sales. Especially with kids. It’s an easy way to get rid of unwanted and outgrown clothes and toys and earn a little money too! I always give my son a portion of the profits form his things as an incentive to get rid of his stuff.

I know I’ve talked about Garage Sales Tracker before and some of their cool features, but there’s more!

They’ve added some really neat features to their website. You can bookmark the garage sales that interest you with their new Bookmark Feature. So, what it means is, you search for garage sales in your area, as well as consignment stores and flea markets and “bookmark” the ones you want to keep. Then click on Bookmarks on the left side of the screen and all the listings are right the for you! A handy list to keep in the car on Saturdays.

There is also a Trip Planner Feature which automatically plans out driving directions from your house to your bookmarked garage sales. So once you bookmark your sales, just go to the Trip Planner and it will group the sales by day and then map it for you and you just print it out. That’s so cool!

I wish I had an iPhone because they even have an app! While out and about, you can use your iPhone app to check your bookmarked sales and use the Trip Planner.
