There is a large section of Yard Sale Tips. I love this. Being an avid yard saler (is that a word?) I pretty much know all there is to know, right? Wrong. There a re tips for everything from scheduling the sale, setting up the sale, during and after. There are things not to say during a sale. Don’t forgot the buyer – there are tips for you too! I really love The Price Guide. Sometimes I don’t know what I should sell something for and this will hep tremendously!

The weekend is almost here and it’s time for a Yard Sale! Do you yard sale? We do. I try and have them every 3-4 months. Right now we have a small section set aside in the garage with items for the next one. And of course, we love to go to them too! I found cool site to find and list yard sales – YardSaleSearch.com.
YardSaleSearch.com has thousands of yard sale listed every month. But they have some other cool features too!
If you’re not selling you might want to use the Find Yard Sales button and find some cool sales to visit. It fast and easy just enter your zip code, then it narrows the cities for you. It shows a Google map with buttons and the list underneath.(see above) It’s very cool. Then go through the list and ‘Clip” the ones that sound interesting. Then go to My List and see them all listed together, ready to print. I see 7 already listed for this weekend!
It’s just as easy to post your sale too. There is lots of room to post your items.
I’m going to go print my list for the morning – good luck!
