We have a pool and on occassion, we get little turtles that get lost in our pool. Look at this little guy.
Everytime he came up to the surface, he got scared and went all the way down. Hubby got out the net and rescued him.
Poor guy was too scared to come out of his shell. Couldn’t be all the people surrounding him and me taking pictures, lol.
My husband and children took him across the street to the canal and set him free.

Ew, turtles are so gross. They carry salmonella! We have an above ground pool, so the only thing that ever ends up in ours are dead birds (even more gross).

How cute! I love tiny little turtles. My eldest use to ‘adopt’ them out of the lake all the time. That’s much better than the bats that liked our pool – creepy!
