B12 – Great Start to Your Day!

I recently talked about my new exercise routine and how much I love it. I have also been cutting down on my Diet Coke addiction.

I used to drink 1-2 cans of Diet Coke a day. Then I slowed down to just one can and now not even that. I feel less bloated since I have cut down.

But…. I still need that something to “wake me” up!!

That’s were B12 comes in. Performance Fitness has a  new line – 1st Step PRO-WELLNESS™.  1st Step PRO-WELLNESS is a nutritional and fitness supplement line specifically designed for everyday women. Supplements include multi-vitamins, B-12, coconut water, whey protein, bone and heart, weight control and healthy joints.

Since 2001 High Performance Fitness, Inc. has been one of the sports world’s premier providers of high-quality, safe and effective athletic supplements. High Performance Fitness has applied this success to develop 1st Step PRO-WELLNESS™ with the goal of helping women achieve lasting energy, strong bone and joints, toned muscles, healthy hydration and healthy weight.

Many women experience feelings of exhaustion. Unfortunately, some women buy in to the hype of caffeine-charged energy drinks, which contain harsh stimulants and can induce an unpleasant “crash.” That’s me! I love me some Diet Coke.

Taking 1st Step Liquid Vitamin B12 Complex once-daily will give you the natural energy you need to conquer your day – without unpleasant side effects. With pharmaceutical high-grade B12 and all-natural cherry and tropical fruit flavors, energy never tasted so good.* I like it, because I don’t feel bloated from drinking it!

Additional benefits of the Vitamin B-12 are  –  Helps convert food into energy and  is essential for red blood cell formation.

I received two bottles of  Liquid Vitamin B-12 Complex, which is equal to 4 servings. You just shake well and drink half the bottle. I was expecting it to taste bad, but it does not. It tasted really good!

I felt great all morning and it gave me that extra boost I needed to get started in the morning!

  1. Wow! That’s really convenient!

  2. Interesting – I had always heard that the only way we absorb B-12 is via injections or sublingually. I was under the understanding that if you’re deficient in B12 it’s because you can’t absorb it via normal channels (like drinks)/
