Almost Naked Animals

Have you heard of Almost Naked Animals? It’s a cartoon on Cartoon Network. On September 25t, 2012 Volume 1 of Almost Naked Animals will hit the stores! The cartoon is geared towards children ages 6-11.

Based on the quirky designs of Noah Z. Jones, (creator of Fish Hooks), Almost Naked Animals features an ensemble cast of underwear-clad animals, led by Howie, the fun-loving, hospitality challenged canine manager of the beachfront hotel, Banana Cabana.

I was sent the new DVD, a tote bag, notebook and a t-shirt. The shirt is too small for my son and too big for my daughter. But she had fun trying it on!

We watched some of the DVD and it’s different. I thought the same of Sponge Bob when that first came out. So it may grow on me. The cartoon is not a big hit with my son, although I did see it first this summer while he was watching it. Almost Naked Animals is a little too old for my 4 year old.

The third season of Almost naked Animals will be this fall on Cartoon Network. Also coming up is the Almost Naked Animals “Online Super Game” on September 25th. Cafe Press has partnered with 9 Story Entertainment to launch an online store featuring Almost Naked Animals t-shirts, notebooks and more.

I received the above mentioned products to facilitate this review. Opinions are my own.
