Do you make the same old meal every year? Why not get creative and make something new?

I had the opportunity to interview Chef David Eisel, renowned chef and brains behind Bob Evans.

I was able to send in my questions and I have a video for you to watch of my interview!

 

 Here are my questions:

We make the same old dinner every year. What can we do to make interesting?

My husband loves sweet potatoes with marshmallows on top. Are there other ways to make them just as tasty?

What’s a great new side dish this year?

How can I make great gravy?

    I am not much help with your questions. I hate sweet potatoes, my mom always cooks the same old dishes and I love them. I guess I just enjoy boring LOL. Hope you have a wonderful Thanksgiving though!

    Thankfully I don’t have to do the planning my sister does the meal, but we do have the same dinner every year. But that is ok with me it is tradition and I look forward to it.

    I heard you can add maple syrup to sweet potatoes to make them better. I didn’t try it but maybe next year,
