Prize Candle – Gift for Mother’s Day

Looking for a unique gift for Mother’s Day? Women generally like candles and some of us like jewelry. How about a candle with a hidden jewelry prize?

Prize Candle sent me one of their candles to review. I received the Island Paradise scent. A very pretty candle with a nice thick glass container and the whole family was anxious to see what surprise was hidden inside!

When I first received the candle I looked at the bottom and was delighted to see that these are 100% soy candles and they are made here in the USA. They sell for $27.99 and the candles will burn anywhere from 110-130 hours. I would love to try the Orange Blossom or the Fresh Melon and  Cucumber Candles too! So we lit our candle and the kids were so anxious to see the prize, which is a ring valued from $10 to $5000!! We did not get the prize the first night. So the next day I lit it while the kids were at school, not knowing how long I would need to wait. I did find out that it usually takes 10-15 hours to get to the prize.

 So awhile later I could see something in the wax….could it be? I snuffed the candle and used my tweezers to extract the prize, all wrapped in foil.

After I took the ring out of the package this what I got!

There is a slip of paper with the ring that has a number on it. You take that and go to Www.prizecandle.com to see your ring’s value. Mine was valued at $10. It’s a very pretty ring and my daughter was super excited to come home from school and see the ring!!
