Having lived in Jacksonville for a little over a year now, we still haven’t seen all there is to see! The kids have been wanting to check out this cool place called Adventure Landing. It’s a big waterpark with go carts, mini golf and an arcade. I’ve been reluctant to go, but we were given passes to go visit the waterpark and try it out, so why not?
We were given four passes, but my husband was not able to come. They let me exchange a waterpark pass for 3 mini golf passes.! Yeah! So we played mini golf first.
They were working on their mini golf course, which I thought should have been done already in time for summer. But we still had a great time.
It was a hot day and the kids were ready to go get wet!
My daughter loved the pirate ship and the smaller slides. While my son was more daring and went on all the bigger slides. We also visited the wave pool. Savannah thought the waves were awesome!
After waiting for my son to come down the slide my camera shut off so I only got this picture at the end. He loved it!
We dried off and changed and played some games in the arcade. Overall we had a great time! The price for the waterpark is kind of high for me, $30 a person. If I were to pay, I would make sure to stay longer…But there are some coupons to be found below.

How cool, I don’t think I’ve ever seen a water park that also has miniature golf.
This looks like such a fun park to visit!
I love that this park has miniature golf and and arcade as well! It looks like there’s water activities for kids of all ages too. I bet your kids had such a great time!
What fun! I bet it wore them flat out. That’s what my kids need. 🙂
How cool! We haven’t been to a water park in ages. Maybe this summer we’ll take our son.

This looks like a fun spot. The kids certainly seemed to like it.
Looks like a lot of fun!
Yeah, at $30 a head it’s definitely an all-day excursion. I’m sorry your hubs couldn’t make it but it seems the kids had enough fun to spare. When your daughter is ready for those big slides, you guys are going to have a blast!
The kids look like they had such a great time, what a fun park!
How fun! I’ve been asking my husband to let me plan a day at the water park before the baby comes. Unfortunately, he’s not too keen on the idea.
What a great spot for a fun family day! It has been far too long since I explored a water park.

I love water parks! This looks like a ton of fun, but we are in NY.. too far!
Looks like fun I like that there are games as well.
What a great water park! Up until 5 years ago, we lived in the Tampa Bay area and purchased annual passes to Busch Gardens and Adventure Island. Since we were Florida residents, they were reasonably priced. We enjoyed spending a few hours at either park on a Saturday or Sunday after church. Because we didn’t have to pay full price for admission each time, we were able to enjoy a few hours and go home. Otherwise, like you, I would have felt the need to stay the entire day to get my money’s worth.
Since your kids enjoyed the park, you may want to look into annual passes. Undoubtedly one of the best decisions we’ve ever made.
Your pictures are great. Thanks for sharing!
