Lays potato chips is celebrating 75 years as the perfect summer snack. Every day for the 75 days of summer, they have been highlighting favorite summer moments using Lays potato chip packaging. They are also asking fans to share their own favorite summer moments on Twitter and Instagram using the hashtag #Lays75. And, for the DIYer in all of us, simple tutorials on their Pinterest page show all of us how to re-create the Lays images at home.
This summer is all about the pool! We have an awesome pool where we live with slides and a lazy river, even a zipline! We go to the pool several times a week. I love that my daughter can swim, because I can relax and read a book while she swims with her friends.

What’s your iconic summer?
Summer means, vacation (usually beach), sleeping in, and lazy days by the pool. 🙂
Summer is all about vacations for us.
I haven’t had an iconic summer for a long time, but if I could relive childhood days of playing in the neighborhood until dusk and grabbing 50¢ for the ice cream truck (oh those days are long gone aren’t they?!) that sure would be something!
That shell & the ice cream cone are amazing! Summer definitely means time in the pool to us!

The summer trips that I remember most are a trip to upstate Michigan and trips to Ohio to see family… while there, we would visit King’s Island or Cedar Point.
Those origami are fabulous. Summer is usually hot to me. And, cool treats.
When I was very young, we would spend a month in Wisconsin every summer, where my parents were born. I was the only child/cousin not born there.
