So I guess not quite two years ago when we were moving I must have done something to my shoulder. After the move I noticed some pain and after a few months went to the doctor. I know I’m a procrastinater. I received a shot of cortisone then another a month or so later along with physical therapy. Then when it came back a cortisone shot into the muscle done in an out patient setting at the hospital. Now the pain is pretty much gone but I still get some soreness in that shoulder. The doctor said is most likely related and gave me some excereises to do and mentioned adding heat or ice for comfort.
I was happy to be sent some products to review. Zim’s sent me a Max-Freeze Roll On and Gel as well as their Crack Cream. I love the Roll On! My hubby just rolls it around and I get an instant cooling on my shoulder that seems to last a few hours.
Zim’s is made from natural based ingredients like aloe, arnica, Vitamin E and tea tree oil. And none of these harmful ingredients like parabens, sulfates or synthetic fragrances. It’s nice to know how natural it is.
I find I use it after yoga or running the vacuum. Activities that require more shoulder use.
If you suffer from muscle pain like I do check them out!
Great review! My husband can use something like this.
I heard someone the other day talking about their products saying how good they are. I haven’t heard of them before but I will for sure check into them!!
My fiance could use this and so could I with all the lifting I do at work.
I’m going to have to check it out, thanks for sharing! I hate the idea of getting a shot when I can use something topical instead!
I have some pain on my back this may help with
I needed some of this last week when I hurt my neck.
I could totally have used this back in the summer when I hurt my shoulders working in the yard!
Zim’s just started following me on twitter the other day. I used their MaxFreeze a lot after I did the 3 Day walk.
I’m not familiar with Zim’s, but will check them out. I love the idea of a roll on, since usually they do have an odor, so if you have someone (like your hubby) rubbing it on your ache or sore muscle, they can roll it on and not have the smell all over there hands.
Hubs needs some of this for his shoulder. It keeps him up at night sometimes.
This would come in handy after one of my crazy trainer’s bootcamps!
I could really use that, I use a similar treatment but it probably has a lot more chemicals!
I need to get my dad some of this stuff!!
My back has been killing me for the last week. I am going to have to break down and try this, because I don’t know what else to do.
I have heard great things about arnica and healing. My back has been really bothering me…maybe I should pick some up.
