I recently tried Amazing Grass Green Superfood. I received a sample of all of the flavors, which come in powdered form, and are all vegan and gluten free. It is suggested to mix with 8 ounces of water, juice or your favorite smoothie. They are a whole food supplement, so it’s a great way to get in your greens when you’re not in the mood for a plate of spinach. There is even a chocolate flavor that I can’t wait to try!

The flavors I tried were Orange Dreamsicle, Pineapple Lemongrass, and Acai Berry. I tried the Pineapple Lemongrass first, just mixed with water. The taste was pretty good, even my two year old drank some. It was a little bitter for my taste, but it was still tasty. I mixed the Orange Dreamsicle with orange juice, and that was better tasting. The Pineapple Lemongrass is a multivitamin so I could definitely mix that one with my orange juice in the mornings. I decided to put the Acai Berry in a fruit smoothie, and that was my favorite. I definitely think mixing them with a flavored drink was better for me. It was a bit strong with just water for my liking, however, it was still drinkable. I think the chocolate one will go perfect with my chocolate protein shake after a workout!

I would definitely buy this product again. It gave me energy, and I didn’t feel like I need caffeine to get me going. I decided to check out other products on their website. I have already placed an order. I would recommend Amazing Grass to a friend. It’s great for people who are into health and fitness. It’s also great for people wanting to eat healthier, because you can sneak in all of your super foods without having to feel like you’re grazing on spinach and kale all day long.
