It does take some time for your body to adjust to probiotics. I have been using Daily Balance for about 14 days so far and I feel wonderful. I don’t like taking pills so a probiotic in powder form is the way to go for me. Each packet contains active cultures, so you only want to mix the powder in a cold beverage or a cold food item (think jello, pudding, even ice cream!). Just one stick per day is all you need to have good gut health. I use a complimentary shaker cup I received to shake up my probiotic, but you don’t have to.
