Produce for Kids is new favorite spot to get healthy delicious foods for my children. The site itself is not new but I am fairly new to it. They have a ton of great kid friendly recipes. They even have a fun section just for kids with games, crafts and coloring sheets.
Right now they are starting their annual Get Healthy, Give Hope campaign with major supermarket chains across the country to help raise money for Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals . I am excited that it includes my local Publix store is included! The campaign that started May 30th, will run through June 27th.
The more produce Publix shoppers add to their shopping lists, the more hope they can give to local children. All participating fresh fruit and vegetable suppliers at Publix stores will make a consumption-based donation to local Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals.
You can learn more about this by visiting Produce for Kids in-store display which features easy-to-prepare recipes, helpful materials with additional information on the campaign and links to visit more than 90 easy Ideal Meals®recipes online. The display also features characters from the popular Sprout® health-focused children’s series “LazyTown™” and “The Chica Show,” along with tips on healthy eating for kids.
Make sure to enter their current sweepstakes at: http://a.pgtb.me/cJjndz. You could win Sprout gift basket and grocery gift cards!
