Making Christmas cookies has always been a part of my life. My mother made this a tradition and I’ve followed through and continued this tradition with my stepsons and now my own children. Sometimes we get a group together and sometimes I do them by myself but I always get them done! 🙂

I recently did my first ever cookie exchange and I’ve included some of those cookies here in my collection. I hope you enjoy!

I love the Fall! Holidays are coming. Good Food. Fun Times. Great Memories. While I’m not crazy about cold weather I really do enjoy this time of year.

Everyone is gearing up for Halloween and I thought it would be fun to share some fun Halloween Treats with you. My daughter and I always have fun making fun and spooky treats to share with neighbors. I think the Owl Cupcakes will a big hit this year.

Sunday was a rainy day in our neighborhood and my daughter wanted to make something. So she looked in her cookbooks that she made in cooking class last year and came up with popcorn ball.

Pretty easy to make and only a few ingredients needed.

Popcorn
marshmallows
Butter
Sprinkles
Chocolate Chips

Melt the butter and add 40 large marshmallows to a non stick pan over medium heat, until melted.

Then place butter on hands and form popcorn into balls and cool. Then eat!

A few years ago we made it a point to sit down and have a family dinner almost every night. But one meal we love is breakfast. But who has time for a big hearty breakfast right before school and work? One of our favorite dinners is breakfast! Our “normal” breakfast dinners are French toast, pancakes, sausage/gravy and biscuits and scrambled eggs with bacon and sausage. I went over to Foodie.com and looked around and complied a list of delicious looking breakfasts that would make wonderful dinners. Check them out.
