Shimmer and Shine: Welcome to Zahramay Falls includes the following episodes:

Welcome to Zahramay Falls – Shimmer and Shine receive a special Green Burst Gem from Princess Samira and bring it into the human world. The evil sorceress Zeta uses magic to steal the gem, but her spell goes awry and pulls Leah and Zac into Zahramay Falls.
First Wish (Double Episode) – Leah wins a genie bottle pendant at a carnival and is surprised to find that her prize comes with a bonus – Shimmer and Shine. Leah wishes for a polka-dotted elephant and things get complicated when Leah uses her remaining wishes to keep Zac from seeing the elephant. In the end, the girls create a new carnival attraction and learn that they can overcome any obstacle by working together.
Happy Wishaversary – It’s time for Shimmer, Shine and Leah to celebrate their Wishaversary! In honor of their Wishaversary, Shimmer and Shine make Leah the perfect gift-a bracelet with a magical touch. When Leah puts the bracelet on, she can float like a genie. However, when Zac shows up to play a video game with Leah, Rocket gets a hold of the bracelet and starts to float. Leah must play the video game with Zac, while also working with the genies to retrieve the magical bracelet before Zac sees Rocket floating away.

My Review:

Some days it is a struggle to find a show we all agree on in my home. My kids love to watch cartoons and I am fine with that as long as it teaches them something in the process. My daughter and son both love the Shimmer and Shine series. They are always asking me when new episodes and DVDs are coming out. I was lucky to be able to review a copy before it is being released and they were thrilled! I love this show right along with my kids, because it teaches children that everyone makes mistakes, but also how to fix those mistakes. The episodes are filled with colorful graphics, colorful and entertaining characters, cute songs and keep my kids fully entertained. I highly recommend this DVD, your children will love it and you will feel good about them watching it and learning valuable lessons from the characters.

Magnetic Stick N Stack, Idea Book, 100 Colored Pages of Structures, Vol 2

Both of my children were very excited to open the boxes and get to building! I love all of the shapes and the bright colors. As you can see my children had a blast making fun projects out of Magnetic Stick N Stack sets! They spent hours building with their imagination creating some really neat things! They connect to each other very well, are very sturdy and don’t fall apart easily when you go to lift up your creation to move it. I love that there are endless possibilities of what you can make with Magnetic Stick N Stack sets. My son loves to build garages out of them for his cars, and my daughter builds doll furniture out of them. We have had them for a week now and each day they continue to build with them. I love how creative they are getting, and I do think these are a great learning toy for my children.

These are recommended for ages 3 and up, and they would make perfect gifts for all occasions. Magnetic Stick N Stack are fully compatible with Magna-tiles TM brand & all other major brands.

I am always looking for easier ways to wash my vehicles. I don’t take them to car washes so my husband and I do it all by hand ourselves. We spend a lot of money on car wash fluid and other sprays to make our vehicles nice and clean. We tried this kit on my husbands truck. He doesn’t wash it much so it was VERY dirty. I figured this would be perfect to see how this kit really can handle the dirt with no car was liquid. My husband just sprayed the entire truck with water and started wiping it down.

Before:

As you can see my husband’s truck was extremely dirty. He filled his bucket with water and starting washing the truck with the Dual Action Mitt. He started cleaning the truck and what we noticed was no lint left over. Most cloths leave lint which gets highly annoying, so this is a big plus that the Mitt doesn’t leave a lint trace while washing. The dirt came off with very little struggle. The second step is the Dry & Shine Cloth. This cloth quickly dried the wet surface and did leave a nice shine on the truck. The third step is the Glass & Chrome Cloth. My husband used this cloth on the windows and chrome and it left both nice and smear free.

After:

This e-auto set left my husband’s car very clean and shiny. It didn’t take much time to clean, and I love that you don’t have to use any cleaning fluid with it unless you want to. The Mitt is also guaranteed for 300 washes.

The only con I have about this product is that I wish the Mitt had a bug scrubber attached on the back for the bugs that end up all over the cars. Sometimes scrubbing will not take them off and you need something that will remove the bugs. Otherwise the Mitt works great for simple dirt removal with water.

I definitely recommend the e-auto set by e-cloth. It did cut some of our washing time down, and really did make the cars sparkle and shine without the use of chemicals. e-cloth also makes many other products such as Baby care, Pet care, Body Care, Mops and much more. Check them all out here!

Baby Bliss Essentials Review and Giveaway #babyblissessentials

I’ve recently reviewed two products by Baby Bliss Essentials, a small business created by a mom driven to create natural products for her own children. All products are made with all natural, therapeutic grade essential oils.

The first product I reviewed was the Tushy Spray. It’s purpose is to heal and prevent diaper rash, including rashes caused by yeasts. I tried this product on my 11 month old son in place of the harsh diaper creams that are found in the grocery store. The Tushy Spray cleared his diaper rash over two days. I decided to take it a step further since it’s also safe to use on other parts of the body. My son tends to have dry skin due to the pool water and drying sunscreen. I started to use the Tushy Spray all over after baths. It not only moisturizes his skin but leaves a fresh and calming scent.

Just in time for back-to-school, I reviewed Namaste, an all natural disinfecting cleaning spray. This product neutralized my older boys’ smelly sneakers leaving behind a clean scent.

My Review:

I had no idea about Pink Zebra until I recently was invited to a party by a PZ Consultant. I am (or should I say I was) a big Scentsy fan, so I just basically used Scentsy warmers and some fragrance plugins. I was spending so much for plug-in refills and noticed that my scents in my warmers would not last very long so I wanted to try something different. Laurie introduced me to the Soaks line. She is very knowledgable about the products and was able to answer all of my questions. I was able to smell various soaks and look at all the various products in the Soaks line.

I immediately fell in love with the Naked Fish! It matches my decor perfectly and I LOVE the color! Making this fish smell wonderful is super easy. Squirt some of the soaks on the brown scales and that is it. It is double-sided also! I scented both sides with Soaks scent Sunflower Fields and it made my entry way smell lovely. You can add as much or as little of the Soaks as you want. You can even combine different Soaks scents to have a custom scent! So much fun and I am so glad I don’t have to worry about unplugging something or making sure a candle isn’t lit when I leave the house. I have had this fish for a week now and the scent is still great. I have had many compliments on it from friends.

Naked Reeds

I also wanted to scent my bathrooms. Laurie recommended the Naked Reeds for each of my bathrooms. At $6 each, it is very affordable to scent each one. One of the things about these reeds that I absolutely love is they come with a cap so I can add the soaks, put the cap on and shake! That way the scent covers all of the reeds right then and there. No waiting for fragrance! If I am out of town I can just cover the reeds with the cap and the scent will be saved. Just uncover when you get home. Love this!! You can also add different Soaks and make your own custom fragrance.

I am so happy that Laurie introduced me to Pink Zebra Soaks. In my opinion everything is very reasonably priced, and I won’t go broke trying to make my house smell great.
