I moved to the Jacksonville area in 2014. I immediately fell in love. Jacksonville has so much to do, and so many shops and restaurants. My parents come visit often from New Jersey, and love bringing home goodies from local owned businesses here in Jacksonville. When I was asked to review Jacksonville in a box, I thought this would be a perfect gift to send to my relatives up north who love to visit Jacksonville.

Shuttertoons offers a wide variety of products, from frames to christmas ornaments. I decided to create a 8 x 12 photo canvas of my sweet cat, Scarlet. I can never have enough pictures of my fur baby. The website was very easy to use and navigate. To create my canvas was simple, upload a picture and fit it to the canvas. They do have “how to” videos if you need some help doing so. You can add text to the picture as well. Checkout was simple, and I received my canvas in 13 days after I placed my order.

The canvas is really beautiful. I used a cell phone photo, so I wasn’t sure how the quality would be. It came out great, I am so pleased. It came with wire on the back and all ready for hanging, and also a nail for the wall. I look forward to ordering more items as gifts and for myself.

I am a big coffee drinker. Whether it be iced coffee or regular hot coffee, I love it all. I love how I can have my hot coffee in this glass. I was skeptical on whether or not my hot coffee would stay hot, but it absolutely did! The glass does not get hot to touch at all, and keeps cool with a hot beverage in it. Next to try was iced coffee. 3 hours after I poured my first glass, my ice cubes have not melted yet. The glass stays cold and my iced coffee does not get warm. My husband enjoys a glass of beer every night and he always says how hard it is to find a glass that will keep the beer cold. This one he is a big fan of. I even felt the glass and it really does keep the beer cold. I really like the sleek design, and how easily I can grab the glass. These are also dishwasher safe which is a big plus. I am highly impressed with these drinking glasses. I will be buying a couple more sets.

I always feel like I am paying too much money for razors. Between my husband and I, we go through a lot of them, and always needing new blades. I am always looking at what kind to buy to get the closest shave possible. I have heard great things about Dollar Shave Club, and was excited to be able to try out the razors!

I have not tried every item yet in this box, but wow I was overwhelmed with these products! My husband currently uses a Gillette MACH3, and I use a Gillette Venus Spa. My husband first tried the 4X and had great results, He shaved one side with his current razor, and then shaved the other side with the 4X. I felt his face and the 4X definitely gave him more of a closer shave! He also used the shave butter which he loved, and the post shave made his skin smooth and smell so good. I tried the 4X next and was excited to compare it to my Venus razor. I used the shave butter and 4X on my legs and loved the results! My smooth skin also lasts longer than the Venus. We can both say we are very pleased! My husband also tried the Hair Gel and the Hair Cream, both work great! My 4 year old son loves his spikey hair he gets with the Hair Clay.

In conclusion, this would be a great monthly gift for the man or woman in your life! Add some additional hair care products in and anyone would love this gift. I love that I will be saving money and not worrying about going to the store and buying my blades anymore. I recommend you to try it out for a month and see if you like it!

VTech InnoTab® Disney Frozen and InnoTab® Miles from Tomorrowland Learning Software Review

My kids are loving their new Vtech Innotab Max. I did a review on it a few weeks ago and it really is a great learning tablet for my 7 and 4 year olds. I was asked to review 2 learning cartridges that Vtech makes for the Innotab Max.

My daughter was thrilled to have the Frozen Software! Once she started playing she honestly didn’t want to stop. She was having so much fun and learning at the same time. There is so much to do with this software I don’t ever think she will get bored of it. This is a Language Arts based software for ages 4-7 years and grades Pre-K – 1st. It teaches Spelling, Vocabulary, Rhyming, Creativity and More! This has a MSRP of $24.99.

Disney Frozen Learning Software

Here is some more information about the Frozen Software: Join the characters from the movie Disney Frozen in their quest to unfreeze Arendelle. Miles from Tomorrowland Learning Software

My 4 year old son was excited about Miles from Tomorrowland! The Astronomy section of this software is his favorite, he loves to learn about planets! I liked that this software was also helping him with his reading skills. This is a Science based software for ages 4-7 years and grades Pre-K – 1st. It teaches Astronomy, Constellations, Classifications, Spatial Sense and Computation.

As you explore outer space with Miles, here is what you can do:

Astronomy: Learn about planets in our solar system by comparing properties of mysterious planets found during the journey,
Computation: Help Miles clear the incoming space debris before it hits the Stellosphere.
Reading: Explore science concepts as Miles and his family encounter an alien race.
Problem Solving: Dodge floating cargo as you race to save the shuttle.
Logic: Cear a path to retrieve the broken rover. Watch out for Moonquakes.
Photo Fun: Put yourself in photos with Miles and the Tomorrowland universe.

We are very happy with both Learning cartridges, my children are learning a lot from them and are really enjoying playing them. I would definitely recommend!
