I Love My Keurig!!

I was never really into coffee until about six months ago. I started getting flavored coffee at one those chain stores. I always got the vanilla latte and usually got it cold. Yumm! I have a hard time drinking hot drinks when it’s hot outside.

But it’s gets kinda pricey buying all of those, so I was super excited to be able to review a Keurig machine. I received the Mini Keurig which was great as it’s only me who drinks the flavored coffees. My hubby only drinks one kind and one kind only and it does not come in a k-cup.

Anyway…I’ve been using this for a few weeks now and LOVE it! Here’s a picture of my Keurig with my new travel coffee cup.

I’m only able to make one cup at a time, which is fine. I’ve even become a little frugal and ran water through twice for one k-cup. The second cup still tastes great!

My Keurig is very easy to use and small enough not to be a bother on our counter top. We have so much already on the counter, I was afraid to place another item.

Here’s a side view.

You know what I think? Valentine’s Day is right around the corner and this would make an awesome gift for a coffee lover! The Mini Keurig retails for $99.95. Not bad for an awesome coffee maker.

Trains, Motorcyles and Automobiles – Holiday Gift Guide

Toy State has some great toys for boys and girls this holiday season. From the Cat line, we reicieved the CAT Iron Diesel Train set. Dad and Hunter had fun putting it together. Savannah had fun pplaying in the middle. It’s a nice train for ages 5 and up. I think Hunter, being 11 would like something bigger, but they had fun with it. This retails for $15.00.

Another from Toy State is the Dub Garage collection. We tried out the Blazerz. Now these are for ages 6 and up, but Savannah had fun with it. You press a button and it moves forward and lights up. The lights are all underneath and look really cool. I like that she can play with it without a remote controller. These retail fro about $9.99.

We also received the Road Rippers Flash Rides. I haven’t opend these yet, but they look fun! With lights and sounds and wheelies, what child wouldn’t love them? I looked everywhere and couldn’t find a price, but I believe they would be under $10.

Backyard Safari Outfitters – Holiday Gift Guide

Several fun gifts for the adventure type in your family – Backyard Safari Outfitters.

There are many items in their line, including the Basecamp Tent, the Field Bincos, The Reptile Hunter Super Throw Net and The Butterfly Habitat.

We got the Base Camp Tent out and daddy put it together. It wasn’t too difficult, but adult help may be needed. Savannah had fun sitting inside the tent and looking for insects and birds with the field binoculars. Hunter even had  go at it, although he may be a bit too old for them. The tent is fun and can be used outdoors or even inside for maximum fun all year round. There are pockets to store all camp accessories.  The Tent sells for $39.99. The Field Binoculars are a must for any outdoor enthusiast! They are built for little hands so they are the perfect size and rugged enough for any age. They sell for $11.99

The Reptile Hunter Super Throw Net looked fun, but we couldn’t find any lizards around the house. Usually there are tons of lizards, big scary lizards. Maybe with winter coming they disappeared. We have a net on a stick that may work a little better. These sell for about $14.99.

With The Butterfly Habitat, you can watch, raise and release butterflies! There is a mail in coupon to receive your live caterpillars and their food. Then watch and learn! We did not get a chance to experience this at home, but my daughter’s school did this in the beginning of summer. Can’t wait to try it again this spring! These sell for around $14.99.

Tea Collection Clothing Review and $100 GC Giveaway!

The Tea Collection offers wonderful clothes. I’ve seen many reviews and thought how beautifully made they are. Then I got the chance to experience them first hand!

Wow – What amazing clothes!

I was sent dresses from the Holiday Collection for Savannah. I received three dresses and a pair of leggings that can be worn with either of the dresses.

I had Savannah wear them on our days off and she loved them! They are all cotton and so soft and comfortable. Of course she had a blast modeling them too! What a ham!

I washed all of them and they came out of the washer and dryer good as new. They will be a wonderful staple to Savannah’s wardrobe! I can pair them with jeans, leggings or tights. I can put a long sleeve shirt underneath to keep her warm. Really they are great for layering, as are most of Tea’s clothing. Poor Hunter is too big for their clothes, but mommy is not! They also carry a line for women.

Tea clothing combines fashion from around the world and makes unique modern designs! Check out the details in the above picture. My favorite is the Villa Flores Party Dress in blue!!

Tea Clothing would like to offer one Mommy Has to Work reader a $100 Gift Certificate!!

Teleidoscope Review/Giveaway – Holiday Gift Guide

I was sent a really unique item for review- a teleidoscope. You mean Kalaidoscope, right? No. A teleidoscope is similar but instead of having pretty crystals or what not to look at, you see what ever you are looking at. Whatever you point the ball lens towards is what you are going to see in abstract thru this type of kaleidoscope. I wish I could take a picture of different things I saw, but I can’t. If you check out their website, you can see examples.

These would make lovely gifts for the old or young. Who doesn’t love a keleidoscope? This particular Teleiscope I recieved is 5.5 inches long, made out of laminated solid woods with Padauk and other hardwoods . It comes with a base that can be engraved.

I love the fact that the pictures are forever changing.

Kaleidoscops to You have more than just kaleidoscops or teleidoscopes. Although there is a huge variety of  them! They have jewelry, glass art and marbles.

Kaleidoscopes to You would like to give one Mommy Has to Work reader  a teleidoscope of your own! One exactly like the one I recieved.
