Synopsis: “Adventures in Babysitting,” inspired by the hugely popular 1980s film of the same name, is an upcoming Disney Channel Original Movie starring Sabrina Carpenter (of Disney Channel’s hit comedy series “Girl Meets World”) and Sofia Carson (of the hit Disney Channel Original Movie “Descendants”). I also received a Red two pack. They are 0.7mm fine tip. I love the colors, they are very bright and the ink gives a unique personal look. The look of the pens is very cool, looks just like a water bottle with the ridges and all. The pen fits nicely in my hand, has a nice grip to it and is very comfortable to write with. The ink comes out nice and smooth and doesn’t smear.

Chocolate Oreo Cupcakes

I have added another contributor, Lauren Daly, who loves to bake! I’m so excited to share her wonderful creations.

Here is her latest, Chocolate Oreo Cupcakes:

1 boxed chocolate cake mix
1 box instant chocolate pudding
Oreo’s but I would recommend double stuffed (I used regular but will definitely use double stuffed next time)
Then for the frosting I used:
3 sticks of butter (soften at room temperature)
6 cups of powdered sugar
1 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract
3 Tbsp whipping cream
12 Oreo cookies finely crushed(I used my food processor)

For the cup cake, follow directions on the box then add the instant pudding to the batter and mix well. Scoop in batter into cupcake linings filling half way, add Oreo cookies to each cup cakes. Use the rest of the batter to cover each of the Oreos. Bake cupcakes according to the box directions.

After they are done baking take out and let cool. Make your frosting while cupcakes are cooling. Remember, to make sure your cupcakes are completely cooled down before you frost!

Frosting:
Cream butter until smooth, add 3 cups of the sugar and blend the butter and sugar until smooth. Next add the vanilla and whipping cream, once that’s all blended together add the remaining 3 cups of sugar. Blend until nice a fluffy. Last add the finely crushed Oreos and mix into the frosting until blended. I used a simple ziplock bag with the bottom corner cut out to pipe the icing onto the cupcakes and then topped each one with a mini Oreo!
