We have been in the market for a home camera system. I was asked to review a home camera called SHIELDeye SmartCam and I was excited to try it out.

Night Vision: Equipped with eight pieces of infrared LED, the camera captures video in poor lighting environments and even complete darkness. It is essential monitor your assets whether, day or night.
Motion Detection Recording: The Camera will automatically start recordings when motion is detected and save to the file you designate. The motion detection recording function can be set on your desktop with the software provided in the CD. It avoids meaningless recording and enhances storage capacity.
Two-Way Audio: The built-in speaker and microphone enable interaction with others near the camera. Having conversations with them via your mobile device while you are traveling or on business trip is easy.

The monitoring area can be displayed on the mobile devices via downloading the iOS/Android App. Users are able to view the live camera video from smartphones or tablets anywhere without any restriction. The PC version can be installed with attached disc in the box.

You can see all the functions available on the app. Very useful.

We set up the camera via cable and then via wireless. Both work great. Setup was very easy, we have iPhones and the App works great. The video feed is quick with minimal lag. The intercom option it has is nice but it is slightly muffled. I love that you can make the live feed brighter or darker depending on what you like. My kids love when I am upstairs and talk to them through the intercom. The photo and recording options are great. Overall this is a great camera for home use at a great price.

I have a 2 year old cat named Scarlet. She LOVES to drink fresh water. If her water isn’t as fresh as she would like, she will go drink from a toilet (yuck). The Torus bowl uses activated carbon filters to remove any impurities, guaranteeing your pet has access to clean, fresh, water every time. Each filter comprises a plastic moulded cone with perforated walls which allow water to “flow through”.

Each Torus filter lasts for approximately a month, so each pack of five filters gives your pet approximately five months of fresh, clean water. The Torus bowl comes with one filter to get you started.

This bowl is offered in either 1L or 2L, and color options red, grey, blue and pink (only available in 1L). I chose to review the 1L pink bowl. I love that this bowl has a filter to keep the water clean and fresh. Also, no batteries or power needed which is a huge plus! Very easy to fill with water and to clean. How to use your Torus Bowl

Align the cap arrow with the tap symbol and lift to remove.
Fill the water from a tap, jug or hose. You can leave the filter in the bowl during filling.
Keep the Torus bowl level and fill until the filter body is fully covered.
To put the cap back, align the cap arrow with the lock symbol. The bowl can now be carried to your pet’s drinking station or loaded into your car for travelling.
To release the water for drinking, align the cap with the dog symbol. Water will flow into the drinking well until the water outlet slot closes.
As your pet drinks, water in the drinking well will be automatically replenished.

I picked out 2 of these shirts for my son in size S. I didn’t know how this shirt would run size wise because their is not a size chart. My son wears a size 4 kids and this shirt is just a little big on his so I would say it is a size 5/6. This shirt is offered in many color choices. The quality is very good and the shirt washes well. This shirt, depending on color selection, is priced $2.00-$3.47.

Hanes 4980 4.5 Oz. 100% Ringspun Cotton Nano-T T-Shirt

I ordered 2 of these shirts for my husband in size XL. He likes them a lot and they are very soft. This shirt if offered in many color choices, and prices depends on what color you chose. The prices are $3.65-$4.21 (you cannot beat those prices for a Man’s Hanes shirt!).

I ordered this lightweight jacket for myself in size L. It is pretty much true to size. It is very comfortable to wear, and I love that it comes with a hood. This jacket comes in 6 different colors and the price is $27.29.

WHAT: Little bunnies can hop on over to The Avenues to nibble on Easter treats and sip refreshments at Tea Time with the Easter Bunny on Saturday, March 19! The Easter eggstravaganza will feature light bites and refreshments, story time with the bunny, arts & crafts, and games!

Space is limited, and proceeds from the event will benefit the Simon Youth Foundation. The $5 ticket can be purchased at the Mall Management office, located in the Food Court between Moe’s Southwest grill and Mandarin Express. The Mall Management office is open Monday – Friday from 8:30 a.m. – 5 p.m., Saturday from 10 a.m. – 6 p.m. and Sunday from 12 – 6 p.m.

This debut DVD features six fun-filled tales perfect for spring. From trying to catch and plant a speedy surprise sapling seed, to getting miniaturized by beautiful sunny shrinking violet pedals, the outdoor adventures within “FLIGHT OF THE FLOWERS” provide a wonderful way to get kids excited about the upcoming warmer weather and heading outside!

I was given the opportunity to review a copy of this DVD. I have 2 children ages 7 and 4 who LOVE Disney Jr. and the 1st season of Kate & Mim-Mim. They were very excited to watch this DVD. Both of my children enjoyed each episode and keep asking when more will come out! This is a very cute show for children of all ages!

In the story “Flight of the Flowers,” Lily is having a Spring Thing party to kick off the season and Kate has an idea to help Lily decorate with some nicer-than-nice spring-tastic flowers. Kate, Mim-Mim, Gobble, and Tack fly silky soft wind flowers to Lily. Along the way Mim-Mim has trouble flying his flower, but with encouragement from Kate to keep trying, Mim-Mim becomes a flower pilot! This DVD also includes a tree-mendous story called “Bunch O’Boomers.” In this tale Gobble is working to create delicious jam from popper peach trees. The group runs into a problem when the peaches start to pop before they can be put into a jar and Boomer uses Tack’s copy-zapper to create several Boomer clones. In the end, Kate realizes that more friends help make a job go faster and she enlists the assistance of all the Boomers to collect the needed peaches for Gobble’s jam!

“FLIGHT OF THE FLOWERS” is now available. The DVD run time is approximately 65 minutes and its SRP is $12.99.

Inspired by a real life little girl, “Kate & Mim-Mim” follows the fantastical adventures of five-year-old Kate, who, together with her toy rabbit Mim-Mim, travels to the fantasy world of Mimiloo where Mim-Mim comes alive as a larger-than-life playmate. In each story, Kate and Mim-Mim and their group of loveable friends discover exciting new places and set off on adventures, all in the hope of solving a puzzling problem Kate has encountered in the real world.

“Flight of the Flowers”

Kate’s riding her bike for the first time without training wheels and she keeps falling. In Mimiloo, Kate and her friends must learn to fly giant wind flowers in order to surprise Lily at her Spring Thing party! But Mim-Mim has never flown a flower before, and Kate must help him gain his confidence to become a flower pilot.

“The Need For Seed”

Kate doesn’t understand why her flower is so much smaller than Mom’s. In Mimiloo, Kate and Mim-Mim help their friends catch a surprise sapling seed – a speedy seed that sprouts in the most surprising way! The wiggly seed leads them on a wild underground adventure in search of its ideal place to grow. But will it be worth the chase?

“Butterfly Flowers”

Kate wants to fix her pop-up book without Mom’s help. In Mimiloo, everyone’s preparing to watch the butterfly flowers fly away after sunset. To get a good view, Tack tries to build a lighthouse all by himself – but loses his light bulb in the process! Kate must convince him that he needs his friends’ help to get his lighthouse working.

“Small Wonders”

Kate’s too small to carry flower pots and can’t help her parents. In Mimiloo, shrinking violet petals fly all over Kate and Mim-Mim, shrinking them to insect-size! To return to regular size, they must traverse the vast jungle of Gobble’s garden. It’s a daunting journey, until they meet Tiny, a teeny little ant who can do big things!

“Babysitting Squoosh”

Kate wonders what’s wrong with her birdhouse – the birds aren’t visiting it. In Mimiloo, Kate, Mim-Mim and their friends offer to babysit a shape-changing baby squoosh so its mama squoosh can focus on building a nest. But getting the squoosh to nap and eat is harder than it sounds!

“Bunch O’Boomers”

Kate needs to find four purple buttons for plushy Mim-Mim’s new sweater, but there are so many to look through, it’s going to take a long time. In Mimiloo, Gobble uses Tack’s copy-zapper to duplicate popper peach trees so he can make the biggest batch of popper peach jam ever. But things get messy when Boomer duplicates himself!

“Kate & Mim-Mim,” which recently launched its second season on Disney Junior, airs weekdays at 11:00 am. Beginning this fall, plush, dolls, figure packs, and role play products will be rolling out from global master toy partner Just Play. Penguin Young Readers, a division of Penguin Random House, is the North American publishing partner for the brand. Their initial line will launch in fall 2016 and they will offer young readers a variety of formats, including storybooks, leveled readers, e-books, doodle books and sticker books. Other licensed products include a digital app from A.C.R.O.N.Y.M. Digital (worldwide).
