I’m always looking for  ways to make some extra cash.  Right now I am signed up with several companies to take surveys, click on links and surf the web. I then use my points to get gift cards or prizes that I use for Christmas. Or a restaurant gift card to take the family out to dinner.

I recently found another site that offers you points and prizes to take surveys, Opinion Outpost.  Share your opinions & make money with Opinion Outpost!

Signing up with Opinion Outpost is easy. After you provide them with your personal information, such as your name, email address and gender, you can begin making money online from home by participating in paid surveys. All the data collected allows Opinion Outpost to place you within certain demographics, making it easier for your favorite brands to target specific individuals by developing unique marketing, sales and other programs that directly impact you.

In other words, your unique voice is heard directly by your favorite businesses!

You can cash out through PayPal or get Amazon gift certificates. You can also access them through your phone. So when you’re waiting in the doctor’s or in car pick up at school, you can earn money!

Transform Your Hair with #TresemmeTransformation

This is a Global Influence Sponsored Campaign.

I don’t get the chance to go out at night often, but when I do I want to look special. Not like the stay at mom I am all day. I want a little pizzaz. One of the easiest ways to do that it by changing up your “do”. Your Hairdo I mean.

I normally wear my hair down or clip the sides during the day. Like this….

However I love the messy updo! I just take my hair and gather like a ponytail and twist it around and clip. If it’s not perfect, that’s okay. Which is great for me as I’ve never been one to do a lot to my hair.

Marvel Announcment

I was never a big Marvel fan until I saw the Avengers. Now I’m absolutely addicted to Marvel! I’m so excited to see all of these new films coming out!!

Yesterday morning, during a special event at the El Capitan Theatre in Hollywood, Marvel Studios President Kevin Feige revealed the films that will make up Phase 3 of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, featuring a mix of fan-favorite characters and several heroes who will be making their big-screen debuts. Robert Downey Jr. (“Iron Man”), Chris Evans (“Captain America”) and Chadwick Boseman (newly announced “Black Panther”) all made special appearances.

The next two films to be released by Marvel are AVENGERS: AGE OF ULTRON on May 1, 2015, and ANT-MAN on July 17, 2015. Marvel revealed the dates and titles of nine additional films through 2019, including upcoming Captain America, Thor, Avengers and Guardians of the Galaxy installments, along with films featuring Black Panther – who, Feige announced, will be played by Chadwick Boseman – Captain Marvel, Doctor Strange, and the Inhumans.

The announced films are as follows:

Ten films have already been released in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, beginning with 2008’s IRON MAN. All 10 films opened at #1 domestically and have collectively grossed over $7.1 billion globally.

Two of these films, MARVEL’S THE AVENGERS and IRON MAN 3, set records as the #1 and #2 domestic openings of all time with $207.4 million and $174.1 million respectively. MARVEL’S THE AVENGERS went on to become the third biggest film of all time worldwide, while Marvel’s IRON MAN 3 ranks as the sixth biggest film ever. They are the two highest grossing Super Hero films of all time.

Avengers

Earlier this year, Marvel’s CAPTAIN AMERICA: THE WINTER SOLDIER, which broke the April opening domestic record with $95 million, earned $714 million worldwide and is the #5 film of 2014. Most recently, Marvel’s GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY crossed $757 million globally after opening with a domestic August record of $94.3 million and setting an October debut record in China, where it has now grossed nearly $90 million. 8 Ways to Pay Off Your Debt

images

There are few feelings worse than drowning in debt. It’s not always easy to make your debt payments a priority, especially when you have so many bills and household expenses to take care of. Here are a few pain-free ways to get rid of your debt and start living with financial stability.

1. Pay your most expensive debt first (or the debt with the highest interest rate). It’s tempting to pay off your smaller debts right away, but you’ll make much more progress if you get the biggest, meanest debt out of the way first.

2. When it comes to your credit cards, never pay just the minimum balance – you’ll never get the card paid off! If you can’t pay the card off in full, at least pay double the monthly payment.

3. Struggling with paying your debt? If you need to make a payment stat, consider taking out an Idaho payday loan – you can pay it back in a couple of weeks when you receive your paycheck.

4. Balance transfers are a great option for people who need to consolidate their debt or avoid high interest rates. Open a card that boasts 0% interest for six or more months and then transfer one of your card balances to the new card. Keep in mind that this will only help you if you’re able to pay the balance in full before interest accrues.

5. For the time being, stop using your credit card – the last thing you need on top of debt is more debt!

6. Whenever you get unexpected money, put it towards your debt. So long as you have a budget in place, your bills and necessities should be covered – anything extra can go to your loans and credit cards.

7. Make a list of any recurring services you’re paying for. Which of those services or products do you really need? Get rid of anything that isn’t necessary. Recurring payments easily slip through the cracks because you don’t think about them until they’ve already been charged, but they can be a major drain on your income.

8. Part of paying off your debt is making sure that you’re not living above your means. Take a good look at your daily habits. What are you doing that’s wasting a lot of money? Change your schedule or routine to save some cash, then apply that saving to your debt.

Celebrate Mini Milestones with Netflix #StreamTeam

I am a member of the Netflix Stream Team.

Netflix

There are many mini milestones to celebrate all the time. Especially for the younger ones. But I sometimes forget to celebrate them. Netflix has great ideas on how to do just this!

Whatever “firsts” your family is celebrating this fall – from bringing home a new pet to a first school dance – Netflix can relate.

Here are a few that I’m sure will be coming up as I have a teenage son.  How fun would it be to celebrate a road trip! Watch a few episodes of Diner, Drive-Ins and Dives and get ready to hit the road!

And I love chocolate covered pretzels .Mini milestones deserve a mini reward, like the sweet-salty combo of chocolate-covered pretzels. Make them extra special by rolling pretzels in your kids’ favorite treats – from Oreo dust and coconut to chopped nuts and sprinkles, the sky’s the limit. Click here to learn how to make your own.

My daughter and I have been enjoying Netflix. We found some fun movies this weekend to watch, Nightmare Before Christmas, Baby’s Day Out and old seasons of Cutthroat Kitchen. I know that having the kid’s version on her tablet she is safe to watch all on her own.
