I was invited to a new Dunkin Donut’s store in my area and got do some taste testing too! Yumm!
I took my cousin, Merrilee, along with me to try all the new delicious favors. We received samples of the new seasonal selection: Hot Eggnog Latte, Hot Red Velvet Latte, Peppermint Mocha Iced Coffee and the White Chocolate Iced Coffee. All were good but my favorite was the Peppermint Mocha Iced Coffee.
Along with all those wonderful drinks to try we got to try the Spicy sausage sandwich, the New Red Velvet Donuts and some Holiday Donuts.
Afterwards we got a tour of the new Dunkin Donuts….This one has a conference room, more seating and internet.
WE got to see the Donut making station. Pretty cool to see how it’s all done. The donuts are all baked fresh in the store.
All the seasonal flavors will be available till the end of December with new flavors coming in January. They are looking into branching out with their hot tea selections as well as offering gluten free options. The gluten free products will be prepackaged so there will be no cross contamination.
For those of you that live in the Jacksonville area, there will be more and more stores opening up. Ponte Vedra, FL is a possibility for all my neighbors!
Board Games Make Great Gifts (giveaway)

The last six months or so my daughter has been all about playing board games. I’ve played Candy land and Chutes and Ladders I don’t know how many times. So I thought it was time to branch out to some new games. Even though some games are no in her age range she can play them just fine.
I was sent two games from Winning Moves to try with her: Sorry and Uncle Wiggily. I had never heard of Uncle Wiggily before but it looked like a cute game.
Uncle Wiggily is such a funny name! You play the game by picking cards that tell you how many spaces to move. The cards all have a cute rhymes on them but also the number for those little ones that can’t read yet. Uncle Wiggily is rated 4 and up and can play 4 players.
Sorry is such an old classic but always a fun game! My daughter loves to play both games and they are a nice change for the old ones.. However now I play these two every day! lol Winning Moves Games has quite a few games to choose from. Whether you are looking for something new or an old classic, check them out.
