I’ve always had cereal in the house. My husband is one of the biggest cereal eaters I ever met! And with a house full of boys ( I married a man with 3 boys ) we always had an ample supply of cereal. Those boys are grown, but my little guy, who is not so little, has followed in their footsteps and is a big cereal eater too. Lucky Charms is a big hit right now. The favorites change form time to time.

Right now through the end of April is General Mills going “Retro” with special edition classic packaging from the 1950’s, ’60s and ’80s!

They are only at Target, so head on over and pick up some cool retro looks. Big G has teamed up with Hasbro to celebrate by offering a $5 coupon on Clue® Vintage, Scrabble® Vintage, Parcheesi® Vintage or Risk® Vintage board games at Target!

I grew up with Parcheesi. My family played it all the time! That was always the go to game for us. My mother always won! It’s a family favorite.

If you do head out to Target, download and print a coupon for $1 off 2 General Mills cereals .

Each cereal box has a $5 coupon for a Hasbro® board game. These are only available at Target from March 15, 2013 to April 30, 2013 while supplies last. And the coupon is only good at Target stores from March 15, 2013 to December 31, 2013.

Disney On Ice – Dare to Dream (giveaway)

Disney On Ice – Dare to Dream is coming to Jacksonville on April 4th through April 7th at the Jacksonville Veterans Memorial Arena. I’m very excited to be able to take my family to go see it! I’ve always wanted to see Disney On Ice, but little boys don’t always want to go. Now that I have a little girl…..I can go!

You can get tickets at Ticketmaster or you can win 4 tickets here on Mommy Has to Work. These tickets are for any Disney On Ice shows in Jacksonville.

I am loving the theme of this show, Dare to Dream. Included are all my daughter’s favorite characters. Rapunzel, Princess Tiana and Cinderella will all be there to create a magical show.

My Eggland’s Best Eggs Brunch

Did you know March is National Nutrition Month? It is! I’ve slowly been changing out some of normal foods with healthier versions.

One thing I hadn’t thought about were eggs. Eggs are eggs, right? Wrong. Eggland’s Best send me a package of goodies and coupons to try their eggs and share by hosting a brunch with family and friends.

When compared to ordinary eggs, Eggland’s Best Eggs contain:

· 10 times more vitamin E

· Double the amount of omega-3’s

· Twice the amount of vitamin D

· 3 times more vitamin B12

· 25% less saturated fat

· 38% more lutein

I had no idea!!

I decided to make Breakfast Burritos. My burritos may be plain for some if you, but I know my picky family will eat them. Of course, Savannah wanted to help whisk and take pictures.

I made sausage, eggs, potatoes, sausage links and bacon. I then made some burritos with sausage, cheese, egg and potatoes. And a few with just sausage, cheese and eggs. The extra sausage links and bacon were added as sides. Salsa, hot sauce and sour cream were used by some us. And I served orange juice too!

I invited my mom and her friend Marcia over last Sunday, which was St. patty’s Day. That’s why we are all wearing green. It was a wonderful brunch. I even ate 2 burritos!! Bad girl!

I gave the extra coupon to my mom so she can get her own Eggland’s Best Eggs to use at home!
