My hubby and I had to go to Home Depot for some things and I had several coupons.
I kept wondering which coupon to use, the 10% off or the $5 off $50.
Here’s what I did. (I realized later I could have done it better, but we live and learn, right?)
At check out I only rang up 2 items and used the $5 off $50, then rang up the rest and used the 10% off. That’s another 6.99 off we got!! The cashier didn’t seem to mind doing them separately.
Total savings – 11.99!!
