In my quest for green and eco- friendly products, I came across Greenraising. Greenraising has a little bit of everything from jewelery, school supplies, wrapping paper and so much more.

I like that it is such a easy site for info. to bring a little more green into your life. When you think about the big picture or saving the earth, one little water bottle does not seem like it would mean much. But if everyone used one less water bottle…think how much that would mean. I like how Greenraising has so much information from everything to soap to use at work…to lunch bags for my son at school… all at one place.
According to greenraising.com, "[t]he production of a ton of paper requires 17 trees, 7,000 gallons of water and more energy per ton than glass or steel." I'm glad I make to do lists on the backs of used envelopes : )

I went to the site and I think it is neat that they were started to tackle the issue of fundraising and allowing kids to help the environment at the same time- how cool! (I have bought my fair share of cookie dough as well, lol)

I like how they sell "green" products to help raise money for causes they believe in. Also from their ideas for action section : Drive slower: for every mile per hour you drive under 65 mph, you save about 2% in fuel efficiency.
