I was asked to create a yummy sandwich and participate in the Black and Decker’s Ultimate Sandwich Recipe Contest. I thought, sure I love a yummy sandwich even if my family is too picky to eat them. Guess what? They liked this one! Black and Decker sent me a toaster oven to make this in. It was super easy too.
Basically it’s a Chicken Cordon Bleu Sandwich:
You’ll need…
Grilled chicken breast
Swiss cheese
Deli ham
Kaiser roll
For the sauce…
Milk
Parmesan cheese
butter
Melt the butter and mix milk and cheese to make sauce.
Toast the kaiser roll for a few minutes before adding chicken, cheese and ham. Then toast till cheese is melted. Add sauce and enjoy!
note: My hubby and son ate the half without the sauce

That looks incredible. I just love my toaster oven. We got rid of our regular toaster a long time ago and are so happy about our decision.
