Just from looking at the cover of this book, I had to read it!! I know it would be a hot sexy book!
While these type of books are not my first choice for a read, I do like to read them on occasion. The first “hot” scene, I had to skip over. I was at the doctor’s office in the exam room waiting for the doctor to come in. It felt a little weird in that setting.
The characters come to life in this romantic mystery! Detective Reese can’t help but want to protect his quite neighbor who helped him out and lent out her gun. Come to find out Alice had lots of guns. Why is she overloaded with protection and what is she hiding? Reese has to find out and in the process falls head over heals in love with Alice.
