Weight Watchers On Line – One Month Update

I am working with Weight Watchers on a review.

So it’s been a little over a month following Weight Watchers on line and I lost 5 pounds!

I wish I could say I lost like 10 pounds, but I really don’t need to lose that much and I know slow and steady is better than fast and quick.

I love using Weight Watchers on line and feel like I’m making better choices than before. I am exercising everyday sometimes twice a day. That exercise could be just a long walk or a video. And then we walk as a family sometimes in the evening.

Weight Watchers is so easy to use. Just plug in what you eat and how much activity you do. It guides you and tells you how many points you can eat every day. (I always go over..)

I hope I lose another 5 pounds next month! Stay tuned!

I’m a mother of 2 who likes to get involved in too much! Besides writing here I started a non-profit, I’m on the PTO board, very active in my community and volunteer in the school. I enjoy music, reading, cooking, traveling and spending time with my family. We just adopted our 3rd cat and love them all!

  6. I wouldn’t think an online program would help because of course you have to be self motivated but I’m so happy to see that it’s working for you.

    That is fantastic. 5 lbs lost is better than 5lbs gained. Don’t beat yourself up that you did t lose 10, think of how this week would have come and gone either way, and along the way you lost 5lbs! Awesome job

  14. Congrats! 5 pounds in one month is such a healthy amount, so you should be proud. I hope I do as well, I’m working on my first week (again… LOL – I used the program 11 years ago successfully, so I know it works).
