My son had been asking to make BBQ chicken using BBQ potato chips for a while now. He had it at a friends house at a sleep over and loved it. It’s super easy to make and makes a delicious dinner!
Just crunch some BBQ chips as small as you can. My daughter loves to help with this part.
Dip into a beaten egg with milk, just a little.
Then coat the chicken with the BBQ chips and bake as normal. We usually do 350 for 30-40 minutes.
Sorry I do not have an after picture to show you. Everyone loved this and I have added to our list of dinners!!
Have you ever tried chips in a recipe like this? Since then I’ve tried pretzels too. Yumm!
What a super yummy idea! I love those chips, so I am sure the chicken would taste great.
I’ve only ever used bread or panko crumbs, but I like the idea of using chips. I bet it was super yummy!
