It’s January and everyone is trying to get healthy. While I try and do that all year long this will be the first time incorporating juices and smoothies into my routine. Here are a few recipes to get me started.

I'm a mother of 2 who likes to get involved in too much! Besides writing here I started a non-profit, I'm on the PTO board, very active in my community and volunteer in the school. I enjoy music, reading, cooking, traveling and spending time with my family. We just adopted our 3rd cat and love them all!

  12. Yum! That creamy chocolate smoothie packs in a lot of heavy hitters, doesn’t it? I am really drawn to the natural fats and oils from the avocado and banana. With just a little chocolate, how could it go wrong?

  13. I debated giving up coffee for juice every morning but just couldn’t handle it. Instead I want to add a protein smoothie into my daily schedule. That banana almond variety looks amazing!
