My Publix Savings

While checking out at Publix the woman behind was waiting patiently while the cashier was entering all my coupons. When the cashier was done the woman said ‘Oh my goodness, you saved $60.00 in coupons?” I just smiled (so did the manager that was bagging my groceries). I said,”actually I only saved $29.00 in coupons the rest was in store savings”. The woman was so surprised. She said ” it doesn’t pay to be lazy, I never use coupons”. Hopefully she’ll start. That was neat, that hasn’t happened before.

I spent $78.91 and saved $64.24!!

I enjoy music, reading, cooking, traveling and spending time with my family. We just adopted our 3rd cat and love them all!

    What a pretty blog! I'm now following.

    I too have started to use coupons more, and look for ways to save.

    It's annoying to buy something then later find out that 5 minutes of research would have led to coupon codes or better prices elsewhere, for example.
