FREE Iced Coffee at Dunkin’ Donuts, March 9

In honor of Spring and to celebrate the warmer weather, Jacksonville-area Dunkin’ Donuts restaurants are helping guests spring forward with a “Free Iced Coffee Day.”

On Monday, March 9, participating Dunkin’ Donuts restaurants in the Jacksonville-area will offer guests a free 16 oz. cup of Dunkin’ Donuts’ freshly-brewed iced coffee, which is double brewed every time to ensure full flavor with every cup. Limit one per customer.

Dunkin’ Donuts guests can sip the flavors of their favorite Baskin-Robbins ice cream scoop with three “cool” Baskin-Robbins inspired Iced Coffee flavor options, including new Rocky Road Iced Coffee, as well as returning favorites Cookie Dough andButter Pecan Iced Coffee. Freshly brewed and full of flavor, Dunkin’ Donuts Iced Coffee is the perfect pick-me-up any time of the day or night, giving guests the boost they need to keep on running. To add delicious flavorings, guests can customize their beverage with one of 10 different flavor shots and swirls, including French Vanilla, French Vanilla Swirl, Hazelnut, Hazelnut Swirl, Toasted Almond, Blueberry, Coconut, Cinnamon, Caramel and Raspberry.

Additionally, Dunkin’ Donuts is making the month of March even more exciting with a new Spicy Omelet Breakfast Sandwich. Guests can enjoy this hot new omelet on the popular Big N’ Toasted® breakfast sandwich or on a Wake-Up Wrap®. The Spicy Omelet Breakfast Sandwich is available for a limited time at participating Dunkin’ Donuts restaurants nationwide.

Daylight Savings Time can stress parents out. Many moms wonder how the time change will affect their baby, especially when it comes to little one’s sleeping patterns. “How will my baby adjust to the time change?” and “Will that mean a different wake up time?” are just a few questions mothers may have.

I had the opportunity to interview “The Sleep Lady” Kim West and get some of your questions answered.

Tap ‘N’ Run Jacksonville: March 28

Tap ‘N’ Run is coming to Jacksonville on March 28th at 2 pm.

Tap ‘N’ Run is a unique 4K run/walk where participants, many of whom are dressed up in costumes with the friends, receive beer at different stops during the race. Afterwards, we do fun costume contests and people receive a full beer.

At Tap ‘N’ Run, runners aren’t out to claim the title of Fastest Runner. They’re out to claim titles such as Best ‘Stache, Celebrity Look-A-Like, or Largest Squad. That’s because this 4K is a fun run in the truest sense: 21-and-over participants can run, walk, skip, or even potato-sack to the three beer stands set up along the course. They’re given a 5-ounce brew at each and another 12-ounce bottle at the finish line. After using their finisher’s medal to crack open that last beer (yes, it’s also a bottle opener), they can head to the afterparty in hopes of claiming one of those race-day superlatives. One of the most sought-after awards is Most Unique Team Concept, as everyone’s invited to dress up in costumes that at previous races have ranged from superheroes to ice-cream cones to runners running a race.
