I was given the opportunity to try out some of these bars and shakes. I received Chocolate, Strawberry and Vanilla shake flavors and Chocolate Mint, Peanut Butter Caramel, Yogurt Peanut Crunch and White Fudge Raspberry bar flavors. The bars are a good size and do keep me full until lunch time (I tried them for breakfast) and the shakes taste great, no chalky flavor at all and really do taste like Vanilla, Chocolate and Strawberry. I love how they are packed with protein and fiber and keep me full with low calories and fat. I do a lot of walking for exercise, so the protein shakes and bars are perfect for me before I exercise. Definitely give these a try!
