11-year-old Santa Barbara local Jim Mansbach created Join Jacob, a team of kids who compete in the annual Santa Barbara Triathlon, due to his passion for biking, running, and swimming. But Join Jacob is more than a team for fun – each year, the kids raise money for their local food bank and spread awareness on hunger while gearing up for the Triathlon.
