Vitamin B-12 is the best for energy. I have been taking this for about a week now daily and it is working great! I have more energy and feel much better. This liquid vitamin is red in color with a cherry like smell, but I cannot taste it when I put it in a beverage.

This is actually the first time I have heard of Tumeric as a vitamin. It has an orange-yellow color, and does taste a bit acidy and bitter….however when I put it in a beverage it tastes fine.

I was prescribed megadoses of vitamin B12 for my peripheral neuropathy. Currently, I am taking it in pill form. I’d love to try the liquid form of this and add it to my morning beverage. My husband would benefit greatly from the turmeric drops. He dislikes turmeric tea even if it helps with his pain. Maybe the drops would increase his compliance.
I can see how liquid vitamins would be better for you than regular ones. I’m sure the absorb better.
I’d love to give that vitamin B a try. I’ve heard that liquid vitamins are much more efficient and effective than traditional pills.
