It does take some time for your body to adjust to probiotics. I have been using Daily Balance for about 14 days so far and I feel wonderful. I don’t like taking pills so a probiotic in powder form is the way to go for me. Each packet contains active cultures, so you only want to mix the powder in a cold beverage or a cold food item (think jello, pudding, even ice cream!). Just one stick per day is all you need to have good gut health. I use a complimentary shaker cup I received to shake up my probiotic, but you don’t have to. A quick stir with a spoon in a regular cup will also do the trick. I use this in my orange juice or iced coffee in the morning. It does not have a chalky taste and I can’t even tell it is in my beverage.

My two children ages 5 and 8 have been using the Junior Daily Balance for 14 days. Probiotics for children are very important, especially when they have stomach or intestinal viruses. I do not have a home water filter system. I usually buy bottled water for my family to drink(which can become costly) or we use the filter from the refrigerator.The Travel Berkey makes things much easier. I just fill it in the morning and we have fresh/clean water to drink all day. No more bottled water for us! I can taste such a difference between the water filtered from the Berkey compared to the filter system in my fridge. The water appears much clearer as well. I can’t wait to take this camping and to take it on our travels. It is even great on a long distance car trip, or spending the day on a boat. The possibilities are endless. It was extremely easy to assemble. A good test that is recommended would be to add red food coloring to the water that you want to purify. It the water comes out clear then your system is working properly! Berkey recommends this test to be done at first use and then at six month intervals.

Let me say this oil smells WONDERFUL! I am loving the peppermint scent. I have started to use it before I brush my teeth. This is my favorite product out of all of the ones I have reviewed for this post. I have been using this Facial Oil ask a mask at night after I remove my makeup. I leave on for about 30 minutes and then rinse. I have been doing this for 5 days now. My skin is softer and much smoother. I also have been using a little bit of it to remove my makeup and it comes off easily with a wash cloth. Much better than the makeup removers you buy in the stores.

This Body Butter is a great moisturizer. I have been adding a drop or two to my bath at night and also put a little bit on when I am in the shower. If you have never used Coconut Oil for health and beauty I highly recommend it. I am definitely hooked to these products and I am so glad I was able to try them. They really are amazing!!
