I always feel like I am paying too much money for razors. Between my husband and I, we go through a lot of them, and always needing new blades. I am always looking at what kind to buy to get the closest shave possible. I have heard great things about Dollar Shave Club, and was excited to be able to try out the razors!

You can adjust the frequency of your deliveries, and cancel easily. I was able to review The 4X, and some other goodies that you can add on to your monthly subscription.

I have not tried every item yet in this box, but wow I was overwhelmed with these products! My husband currently uses a Gillette MACH3, and I use a Gillette Venus Spa. My husband first tried the 4X and had great results, He shaved one side with his current razor, and then shaved the other side with the 4X. I felt his face and the 4X definitely gave him more of a closer shave! He also used the shave butter which he loved, and the post shave made his skin smooth and smell so good. I tried the 4X next and was excited to compare it to my Venus razor. I used the shave butter and 4X on my legs and loved the results! My smooth skin also lasts longer than the Venus. We can both say we are very pleased! My husband also tried the Hair Gel and the Hair Cream, both work great! My 4 year old son loves his spikey hair he gets with the Hair Clay.

In conclusion, this would be a great monthly gift for the man or woman in your life! Add some additional hair care products in and anyone would love this gift. I love that I will be saving money and not worrying about going to the store and buying my blades anymore. I recommend you to try it out for a month and see if you like it!

Real Kids Shades Review and Giveaway @RealKidsShades

Protecting your eyes and your child’s eyes is so important. I live in sunny Florida, so sunglasses are a MUST all year round. I always make sure my children (and myself) always have a pair of sunglasses with them when they are outside. It can be tricky though finding a good pair, and a pair that you know has the right protection. I was contacted by Real Kids Shades to do a review on a pair of Sunglasses.

The sunglasses I reviewed are the Breeze – Youth P2 Polarized Lens for ages 7+. My daughter is 7 years old and she picked the Purple/Navy color. When my package arrived I opened the box and the sunglasses were in a really nice plastic case that came with a hook that you can attach to your purse, backpack or even belt loop on you pants. Also, a really nice soft case came with the sunglasses and also included a clip. For me, a protective case is a must so the sunglasses don’t get damaged.

The sunglasses are nice and light. Nice flexible arms that don’t hurt my daughter’s ears, and flex with her. Pretty awesome design! These sunglasses have 100% UVA/UVB Protection. I like how the rubber-like material bends and twists, but will not lose its shape. The lenses are also shatterproof polycarbonate, huge plus in case my daughter drops them. My daughter wore them outside in bright sun and said the sun didn’t hurt her eyes at all! I even looked through them myself towards the sun and I must say, they really do keep your eyes protected. She has also been wearing them for car rides and says they are “Super comfy”.

I have two school aged children, so sickness and fevers are something that my children deal with yearly. I try to be proactive, and find items that I can have in the house, to prepare myself when sickness happens.

When a fever hits my 4 year old son, it is usually always high. I immediately give him medicine and try to keep him cool. What I found to help greatly are these cool fever sheets I have been using!

I put one on my son, and even though he said it was freezing, I noticed his high fever started to come down. These are safe to use with any medication, since they do not contain medication. They have very cute Mickey Mouse and Friends theme on them, so my son was excited to look at the strip before I put it on his head.
I love the fact that I can keep them in the car and my purse. No need to refridgerate! They also last 8 hours!! I put it on him at 10pm and by 6am it was still cool on his forehead. It is also so easy to apply and take off, it doesn’t get stuck to his head or hurt to take off.

The Snow Queen: Magic of the Ice Mirror – Feature

My 7 year old daughter loves Princesses. She loves to watch princess movies, and especially dress up like them. Her all time favorite movie is Frozen. When I was asked to review the new movie The Snow Queen: Magic of the Ice Mirror, I knew she would love to watch it.

This movie is the sequel to the fable by Hans Christian Anderson. The first movie is called Snow Queen.

Synopsis:
After celebrating their victory over the Snow Queen, Gerda and Orm have given their fellow trolls a taste of freedom. But when Orm gets a cold-hard reality check, they slip into another perilous journey and must protect the world from eternal winter.

I enjoyed watching this movie with my daughter, lots of parts kept us in suspense and wanting more. The troll telling the story was funny and kept us laughing. My daughter loved Snow Queen and said it reminded her of the movie Frozen, just a bit different. Some parts are a bit scary for real young children in my opinion, but my 7 year old did really enjoy it.
