Chamblin Bookmine is a new/used bookstore in Jacksonville, Florida. I’ve been there a handful of times in the past. Every time I go, I am amazed at how many books there are to choose from. There are aisles and aisles of books. Books in every corner. Books in every available space. Check out these pics we took on our most recent visit.

At Chamblin Bookmine you can Buy, sell or trade books.

Chamblin opened in 1976 as just a small store and has grown into the largest bookstore in the Southeast, nearly 10 times the size as the original. They have 2 stores now as well.

Treylor Park Restaurant opening in Nocatee (Ponte Vedra) on July 7th!

The Savannah-based restaurant, Treylor Park, announced a July 7 opening for their Nocatee location.

Guests can indulge in unique items such as PB&J Chicken Wings and Chicken and Pancake Tacos, as well as Shrimp and Grits Tacos, Crab Cake Sliders, and a selection of burgers, sandwiches and salads.

The restaurant also offers cocktails such as Treylor Park, made with Aperol, Prosecco, club soda, orange juice and Fernet-Branca, and the Peach Pit, made with peach bourbon, lemon juice and peach cider. There will also be an assortment of wine and beer including cans, bottles and drafts.

Owner Trey Wilder opened Treylor Park in October 2014 in Savannah and it has since been featured on “Food Paradise” on the Travel Channel.

The restaurant is located in the Nocatee Town Center at 158 Marketside Ave. in Ponte Vedra Beach.

The 3,200-square-foot location boasts 150 indoor seats and a 900-square-foot patio.

The hours of operation are Monday – Thursday from 11 a.m. to midnight, Friday from 11 a.m. to 1 a.m., Saturday from 10 a.m. to 1 a.m. and Sunday from 10 a.m. to midnight.

The kitchen is open daily until midnight.

The Avenues Mall TO HOST “MUPPET BABIES”-THEMED DISNEY JUNIOR PLAY DATE Event

The Avenues Mall invites the community to a “Muppet Babies”-themed Disney Junior Play Date event. Aimed to entertain and delight children ages 18 months to 3 years old, the event will take place on March 31 from 10 a.m. – 12 p.m.

Premiering March 23, Disney Junior’s reimagined “Muppet Babies” chronicles the hilarious playroom antics of the young Kermit the Frog, Piggy, Fozzie Bear, Gonzo, Animal and brand-new Muppet Baby, Summer Penguin. Under the watchful eye of Miss Nanny, the Muppet Babies use their imaginations to embark on countless adventures that take them to the farthest corners of the universe and demonstrate to young viewers the power and potential of imaginative play.

During the “Muppet Babies”-themed Disney Junior Play Date event, families will participate in a variety of activities including a Color Bingo Game, craft projects, balloon art and more. The fun starts at 10 a.m. near Center Court behind Starbucks. This event does not include live character appearances.
