Eco Toothbrushes?

I never heard of eco toothbrushes, but here they are!
Made out of recycled dollar bills, wood and flax. Okay, that’s one thing even I wouldn’t have thought of.
Of course it’s not the actual brush that’s recycled, but the handle. Plus these handles can be reused, just replace the head.
The RADIUS Source toothbrush is the answer for those of us who want to take care of their teeth and the earth.

So what did I think? It’s a toothbrush that does the job. The heads are a little larger than my usual, but that’s good. The handle can be used for right or left hands, just move the head. The replacement heads are easy to install. The handle is larger and I just needed to get used to it.

I would recommend them. Why not buy eco? I’d rather buy eco than not.
Check them out on Facebook. You can finf more info or buy them here. Starts at $6.95.
I was given a toothbrush for review purposes, the opinions are my own!

Olivia Toys Review

Just in time for the holidays! The adorable little pig – Olivia has some cool new toys to play with. Olivia has been a favorite since my son was little.

The first item we were able to review, was the 2 in 1 Transforming Playset. So cute. Savannah is just getting into playing with these kinds of toys. The playset comes with a sticker sheet , an Olivia figure and lots of accessories. On the outside it looks like a nice little house to use your imagination with, but wait, turn it around and it’s a pirate ship! Now, Hunter can play too! It all folds up nicely and Savannah can carry it around. A great toy to bring with to a friend’s house.

The second item we were able to review was the Olivia plush doll. What a cutie! We received the one above. Savannah loves to hold her and cuddle with her.

There are 4 versions in all – Artist, Opera Singer, Cow and Outfits.

All of theses toys are available at Toy’s R Us, Target and Kmart.

This is a Team Mom review. Items were sent for review purposes. Thank you Team Mom and Spinmaster.

Dryel Instant Pen Stain remover and Freshner Spray

I want to introduce the Dryel 3 in 1 Touch U Spray and the Dryel on the Go Stain Remover Pen.

I’ve used sprays similar to this one in the past. I find them to be very handy. My older boys used them reguraly when their clothes were in heaps on the floor and they needed to wear them. A quick spray to freshen them and de – wrinkle them. The Dryel 3 in 1 spray worked well. I was very pleased by the scent – not too strong. It’s good for dry clean clothes too!

How it works:
•Spray a light mist evenly on fabric.
•Use more spray in heavily wrinkled, smelly or clingy areas.
•Use hands to press and smooth away wrinkles.
•Air dry or dry in the dryer.

The stain remover pen is cool. Something to take along to the park! It helps remove fresh stains, and it’s again it’s safe on dry clean only clothes, delicates and hand-washables such as wools, silks, rayons, linens, cottons and other special care fabrics.

For more information and COUPONS visit Dryel.com

This is a Mama Buzz review, product was given for a review, opinions are my own.

Heard It On the Playground

My daughter came home from CAMP, and the topic of FIRE ANTS came up. When I asked her what she would do if FIRE ANTS WERE NEAR, she replied “STOP, ROCK & ROLL”

Daughter: I know why GOD SENT ME TO YOU

Mom: Why

Daughter: Because YOU NEEDED SOMEONE HELP YOU CLEAN THIS MESSY HOUSE everyday

I want to tell you about a fun new place where you can post your kid’s funny pictures and those funny stories that kids tell. Heard it on the Playground.

The site was launched in January of 2010 by a suburban mom and has had great success. The site was started in a grassroots manner as a way of showcasing all those hysterical stories told at family gatherings or in school hallways. They provide a “national stage” for parents, teachers and relatives alike to share the laughs. Heard It On the Playground relies on word of mouth to “get the word out”, so make sure to tell all your friends about it.

So what’s in it for you, besides the laughs? You can link your blog or website to the pictures or story. For free! Doing this will allow national viewers to link back to your blog.

There’s more too!

You can choose a funny saying yours or someone elses and put it on a vintage t-shirt. I think that is cool. Great Christmas presnts in the making.

You can share a funning picture or story for others to see. I know I have some of those.

You can join their Favorites section if you have a Blog, service or product that is family oriented. Another great way to promote your blog!

It’s all free, there’s no registration and all posts are anonymous.

You can send a virtual gift.

Again this website relies on word of mouth so check it out and tell someone about it!!

We opened the box tonight after dinner. The kids each wanted the ice cream bar and I got the ice cream sandwich. I’ve always loved those, but am weary of the quality. I was pleasantly surprised. I loved it! And judging by the pictures, so did the kids.

Good Humor is now on Facebook – check them out and like them. You never know – some companies post coupons on Facebook from time to time.

If you don’t know where to buy Good Humor or want more info check out their website.

I received free products from Good Humor and I am a reviewer for the Mom Bloggers Club. This did not affect my opinions – we loved the ice cream!!
