I am a big animal lover. My husband and I have had a variety of pets which have included fish, reptiles, guinea pigs, a chinchilla, a tarantula and cats. Quite the variety as you can see! Our most recent addition is our beautiful cat Scarlet, which whom we rescued from our local animal shelter. She brings us absolute joy and makes our family complete. Whenever I can I always donate to animal shelters, or donate to any organizations that help animals in need. When I found out about Animal Hearted, I was very interested in checking out what they have.

Animal Hearted Apparel is very passionate about animals. They donate 25% of proceeds from every order to a non-profit animal shelter or rescue. They have helped save thousands of shelter pets, and with your help, can save thousands more.

Some of the amazing organizations they have worked with include the Humane Society of the United States, Animal Place Sanctuary, Give Me Shelter Cat Rescue, the North Shore Animal League, SPCA of Solano County, Mid Atlantic Pug Rescue, Yolo County SPCA, and German Shepherd Rescue of Northern California.

I was able to chose two different shirts for review. I only have a cat so I decided to review two cat themed shirts. They have many shirts with many sayings, so it did take me a bit of time to choose which shirts I wanted. They are all so cute!

The two shirts I reviewed

Let me say, the sayings on some of the apparel is hilarious. I really enjoyed browsing the website and picking out my shirts. They offer Adult and Youth apparel, gifts, custom pet picture shirts and so much more. Everyone will find something they like. I reviewed both of these shirts in a Woman’s Jr Slim Fit. I knew a Junior size would run small, I usually wear a medium and in these I ordered an XL because I wanted them not tight. The size worked our perfectly. The shirts also come in Unisex T-shirt, Unisex Sweatshirt, and Woman’s Jr Fit Racerback Tank Top. The shirts are very soft and wash very well. I received many compliments when I wore one for a ladies night out. Shipping was very fast, I received my order within 2 business days.

My order also came with a decal and coupon. I will definitely be putting the decal on my car.

I’ve always wanted my family involved in sports. I was not so involved and wish I had been. My youngest stepson played roller hockey, which is outdoor hockey, for years. It taught him sportsmanship and how to be a part of a team.

My son has played sports since he was 4 years old. He started playing soccer and then played baseball for years. He really loved it but wanted to venture into other sports. Over the years he has played basketball, flag football, football and lacrosse. He is currently playing baseball again.

My daughter is not as interested in sports. She does love to play baseball in the backyard and recently joined a running club at school. She also swam on the summer swim team last year and she agreed to sign up again this summer.

Sports has made a positive impact on my young athletes over the years. I am so glad we have encouraged them to play and that they like it! There is potential in all of us. No matter what you achieve in life, you start in the same place as everyone else: as a kid full of potential and big dreams. At the end of the day, we are all “just a kid” from somewhere. Optimize muscle recovery

Remember pre-exercise meals

Some of the games on this site are very unique, and some I haven’t seen since I was a child. I chose to review two games from the new 2016 collection. I picked Pass The Pigs: Big Pigs and The Velveteen Rabbit Game. Both games are perfect for my 7 year old and 4 year old.

Pass The Pigs: Big Pigs is a really cute and fun game for the whole family, no matter how old you are! Perfect for indoor or outdoor play, throw the big pigs and see how they land. You will get points depending on how they land. The first player to reach 100 points wins! My kids love adding up their points, so it is great for learning math as well. They want to take this game everywhere with them!

The Velveteen Rabbit Game I love because all members of the family can play it, it requires no reading! Perfect for my 4 year old. This game is based on the children’s book by Margery Williams. This game can be for up to 4 players, the first player that collects one of each of the four picture cards and returns to the nursery wins! It is a very fun game to play with my children and it kept them very entertained the whole time!
