Exercise Makes Me Feel Good!

Before we moved and I was working the only exercise I fit into my schedule was walking  during my lunch break. Which was good, at least I was doign something! I always felt great after a walk/run at lunch!

But now that we moved and I’m not working at the moment, I have settled into an exercise routine of sorts. It’s hard to get started, but the results are worth it!

I take Zumba Tone at our clubhouse every Wednesday. I have the Slim 6 DVD and do that 1-2 times a week. I walk/run 1-2 times a week. Plus I just found my Julian Michaels DVD – 30 Day Shred and have done that twice! I usually workout 4-5 times a week. I always hate it when I miss a day of exercise.

If you can’t get out for a walk or can’t get out to the gym, try this exercise programs or one similar. There are many DVD’s, such as Turbo Jam, Slim 6 and 30 Day Shred. I personally like that last two. They are not super difficult for the beginner and you will get results if you do it!

My hubby is getting some exercise too. We all take walks around our neighborhood after dinner and look at all the new houses going up. He will even go by himself sometimes during the day.

  3. I have a few different things that I do to exercise I think finding a program and sticking with it is key. Glad to hear your working out too I can agree it makes me feel good as well

  13. I honestly miss exercising. I stopped at the beginning of this surrogacy when everything was so rocky and then never got back into it. Can’t wait til this little one pops out and I can start again!
