Everyone knows the importance for kids and adults too to get out and get some exercise. My son loves to be outside playing. I never have to worry about too much TV or video games, because his choice is always outside first.
Recently he’s been getting into Frisbee. There is a group of guys that play outside at the park and he likes to join in.
I was able to review an Aerobie Sprint flying ring, which is similar to a Frisbee. We loved it! The first weekend, my husband and son played with it in the pool. It flies smooth and easy.
