Hey there! My name is Anne and I'm a mother of 2 who likes to get involved in too much! Besides writing here, I work as a floral designer, I started a non-profit and am very active in my community. I have been enjoying single life, dancing and visiting new places. I enjoy music, reading, traveling and spending time with my family. We have 2 cats and 1 dog.
I can't wait to see where we will go next!

We have many Amish communities here in Southern Ohio/Northern Kentucky and they are absolutely amazing people and they make the best baked goods around!

I’ve always been fascinated with the Amish, I would never have the discipline to do what they do.
There are some communities in the Midwest I always wanted to visit but I never did. 🙁 It’s such an interesting way of life!

That’s so cool! I am fascinated by people with such different lifestyles.
Looks like a fun trip! We took a wrong turn on a road near here earlier this summer and ended up in the middle of a bunch of Amish farms I didn’t even know existed. There was a group of boys playing baseball with barefeet and suspenders, and my kids thought it was the cutest thing ever.

I grew up near Amish communities and our family had friends who were Amish — great people and amazing values and dedication to them.
On one of my trips to PA we went to check out all the Amish communities. Very cool. Not sure I could live like that.. but very interesting to learn about.

I lived in Amish country twice, once in Eastern Ohio and once in Western Ohio (the Amish were just across the Indiana border) – I always found it fascinating and my favorite thing was their FOOD!

I like the Amish too. They have a very simple life and very low levels of autism. We wish we could live with them.
I was just thinking about the amish life today. How I would love to live like that.
I find the Amish and their way of life interesting as well. My sister lives in the middle of an Amish community and I see them out and about when I go to her house.
