PRETTYFIT All Natural Whey Protein Powder Review

I am always looking for ways to maintain my weight and to have lean muscle. I have tried protein shakes in the past, but notice that most are filled with sugar, calories and ingredients that I have a hard time trying to pronounce. I was asked to do review on PrettyFit 100% All natural protein powder, and was excited to try it.

This Whey protein powder is 100% all natural. Right away I think this is great. I can pronounce and understand all of the ingredients on the package, and know what I am putting in body. It is only 100 calories and is sugar free.  This powder is also Gluten free, and GMO free. What more could you ask for in a protein powder?!

I got to try the natural vanilla flavor and the natural chocolate flavor. It calls for 8-12 oz of water or preferred beverage. I mixed the Vanilla with water and tried the Chocolate with chocolate almond milk. I mixed both with my Ninja blender, but you can also use a shaker cup or blender cup. The consistency came out very smooth after I blended, and it tasted great! The chocolate was a bit sweeter due to the chocolate almond milk I added. I bet this would be good with fruit as a protein smoothie as well. I am looking forward to trying different options.

This protein powder is a great for women who are looking to lose some weight, maintain their weight or just to lead a healthy lifestyle. The taste is the best I have found out of all the powders I have tried, and I love that it is all natural. I definitely recommend trying it!
