Today is our 13th wedding anniversary.
It hasn’t been easy, but we made it this far!
Marring a man with 3 small boys to help raise and being a stepmother to them had been a strain on our marriage. ( Thankfully, they’re grown and out of the house now) My husband has had his own demons to attend too, as well. Than we lost our oldest son in 2003 and the depression that follows is difficult to deal with. Now, my husband has been diagnosed with MS and we’re trying to cope with that.
But you know, we made it through it all those obstacles and more and we’re still here. I can’t imagine not being with my husband, he’s my best friend. I finally got my little boy and little girl and now we’re set to make it through another 13 years!

I'm late but I wanted to wish you a Happy Anniversary. That sure is alot to go through in 13 years.
I had no idea you lost a child. So sad.
Oh and we can so relate on the issues of blending families…it's been a tough go for us but getting better everyday.

I know it's a few days late, but happy anniversary to you! My husband and I celebrated our 7th wedding aniversary October 4th. We are a blended family with 3 kids of his and three kids of mine. It's been a crazy ride, but totally worth it.
